Biography

Olufemi Dosunmu was born in the Bronx, NY, in 1977. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering (with a minor in physics) from Boston University (BU), Boston, MA, in 1999. His thesis was entitled "Modeling and simulation of intrinsic and measured response of high speed photodiodes." He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree at BU.

In 1997, he was a summer intern at AT&T Labs, Red Bank, NJ, and, in 1998, at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratories, Princeton, NJ. From 1999 to 2000, he was with at Lucent Technologies, North Andover, MA, where he worked in the area of ASIC design for high-speed telecommunication systems. Mr. Dosunmu was awarded the four-year Trustee Scholarship in 1995, the Golden Key National Honor Society award in 1998, as well as the National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate (NDSEG) Fellowship in 2001.
